Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we have obtained ISO 13485 and CE certification. Some products are also registered with the FDA 510k.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for smaller sample orders initially. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the client.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note this may require a slightly longer delivery time.
What are your terms of payment and stock status?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly. For payment: <=800USD 100% in advance; >800USD 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal etc.
Is technical support available after purchase?
Yes, we provide online technical support as part of our after-sale service to ensure proper utilization of our orthopedic instruments.
