The Suture Anchor System consists of an anchor, nonabsorbable suture, and inserter. The anchor is constructed from Ti6Al4V alloy, meticulously engineered to meet ISO5832-3:2016 standards for orthopedic implants.
The suture is made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) material, woven for superior strength without additional coating, complying with ASTM F2848-17. For enhanced visibility during surgery, blue sutures are dyed with FDA-approved materials.
The inserter features a stainless steel tip (ASTM F899-12b) for patient safety, while the ergonomic handle is crafted from high-grade polycarbonate and ABS material, ensuring a non-slip grip and precise control for the surgeon.
