The Suture Anchor System consists of an anchor, nonabsorbable suture, and inserter. The anchor is made of high-quality Ti6Al4V alloy, which meets the requirements of ISO5832-3:2016. The suture is crafted from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) material without coating, woven from several UHMWPE yarns conforming to ASTM F2848-17.
The blue suture is produced from white UHMWPE dyed with FDA-approved blue material (code 73.1015). The part of the inserter contacting the human body is made of stainless steel conforming to ASTM F899-12b, while the handle is designed for ergonomics using polycarbonate and ABS materials.
